Pat Beaujot's Induction into the Saskatchewan Agricultural Hall of Fame

Pat Beaujot inducted into the SK Ag Hall of Fame

Hello everyone!  I wanted to take this opportunity to blog about my recent induction into the Saskatchewan Agricultural Hall of Fame held at the Western Development Museum in Saskatoon.  This was a huge honor and I am truly humbled. In this blog, I wanted to speak about how I became “addicted” to agriculture and where my passion for soil conservation originated.  I also wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who played a part in my success along the way.  They say if you love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life. I say that’s not so because hard work and long hours is what got me to this point.  Driving by a beautiful no-till field gives me great pride and I hope my passion for soil conservation will live on in all of us.

See the video here:  Please send your feedback on the video and the blog either by tweeting me @PatrickBeaujot or @NOTILLville or by leaving your comments in the comment section of the blog.

Congratulations on your induction. Excellent blog about your history and what has contributed to your (and Seedhawk's) success. You are a part of a long line of Saskatchewan entrepreneurs who have taken a welder, a piece of metal and some innovative ideas to create products that have helped prairie farmers become some of the most successful and have also created a significant manufacturing industry in western Canada. Thank you for your courage to create and your dedication to the industry.
